stop paying taxes legally

The American paradox”, firstly it has nothing to do with America as a country of individual people who for the most part live their lives as best they can. So for those who think I may be “bashing” Americans, I am not, nor do I have any animosity against any race of peoples, Jews, Muslims, Arabs or whom ever. As the joke goes, ” my animosity knows no bounds”. Seriously though, the problem is we need to look at the world now as a question of those “in the know” and those “not in the know”. Those that run everything, and those that follow. Looking at the history of humankind, there has always been the “ruling class, and the slaves”. We for the most part, you and I and 99% of the rest of the world are the slaves. As the late, great George Carlin said, “we are not in their club and they don’t give a fuck about us”. The American Paradox can be likened to the greek myth of King Midas. It is a society that wants for nothing, that purports that all are equal and that there is abundance for all, and yet has the highest percentage of obese and malnourished people and poorly educated children pro-rata in the world. With all the benefits that a society can offer, the system that runs america ( I have heard it called the corporate military pharmaceutical monolith) indoctrinates its own kind of mind control over the sick and poor masses. Looking at “americas” paradoxes, it is easy to see the peculiarities. A system that offers millions of ways to keep people looking young, and yet does

Here in france they have a lot of people doing work “on the black” (under the table) and the government says it looses millions each year. Yet they still pay billions into the “war machine” and funding military coups like the recent one in Niger… for which we have no say. Personally I resent any centime going to kill people.
Many here are learning to live without depending on money. It’s hard and some money transactions are inevitable. But they cant tax barter.

income taxes have been illegal since they stopped COLLECTING them. You voluntarily send them the money. if they wanted it so bad, they’d put some effort forth, not make us pay our time and money, to give them money, based on a system they know could never be beat as they laugh at the frauds and scams they pull on us. There’s a reason crooked business’ and scammers stay around so long, they are getting a thumbs up from Uncle Sam and company

what make you liable is you sighing a w4 withholding agreement , your signature say you agree to be treated as a federal worker or “employee” and you earn a “wage” so you are liable to file . so cancel the w4 or sigh it “without prejudiced ” and mark exempt . if they withhold you can sue the employeer and file for a return of overpayment of tax .. read cracking the code

Yes but we ‘ve all been whipped into slaves, and we are too much in debt to the system. We rely too much on a system that is rotten to the core.
Regulated and just taxes do not exist.
I resent seeing my taxes go to build weapons that kill people for example. Or pay for the presidents mistress even.
The haves and the have nots and the haves and still want more. What a waste of a good planet.

If ut`s not constitutional; Then it`s not constitutional. A tax revolt would be required to fight it.

Google: ‘laws requiring people to pay taxes’
The top link will be at law/GWU
They list the laws requiring Americans pay income taxes.

That aside the FED is a complete scam that should be audited and abolished!

Mother fuckers! Someone should put a bullet through the head of every person who takes the job of a tax collector! Then how would they get their money? I’m sure they’d figure out a way. How crooked can our government get? And we’re still in debt trillions of dollars! Unbelievable. I’m not going to go out and kill anyone, I’m just saying…

    Thats more like it.
When we stop trying to defend the system that created the slavery, but look beyond it and our own self inflicted slavery, to a system that cares not for us.
They are building to a new world order, and they get us to carry the stones.
The recent bailouts after bailouts to support the system, should be enough to realize that in the words of Monty Python “its dead, it’s a stiff, it is no more, it has ceased to be”

CAN THERE REALLY BE LAW OR COURTS OF LAW THAT PERMITS LEGAL STEALING & LEGAL SLAVERY?

NO MORE LEGAL THIEF ARGUMENTS ITS TIME TO BAND TOGETHER. We need unity not legal arguing.

Is freedom that which requires free people to legally pay for anothers dreams, schemes, wants, desires, pleasures, wealth building, failures bailouts & other legal mischief when I cannot force my neighbor to pay for my dreams, schemes…?

[You can't be thrown in jail if you've broken no law]

Did you mean to write, “You shouldn’t be…”

People are thrown in jail everyday for victimless crimes.

    Wrong both times.

Title 26 is the compilation of all tax laws.

The taxpayer next argues that wages are not income but an exchange of property. As money is property and labor is property, so his argument goes, his work for wages is a non-taxable exchange of property. Wrong again. Wages are income. See, e.g., Schiff v. Commissioner…The argument that they are not has been rejected so frequently that the very raising of it justifies the imposition of sanctions.
    Connor v. Commissioner

Also for those who say that the tax code requires a individual “income” tax…. the tax code doesn’t define “income”, and according to the Supreme Court case EISNER v. MACOMBER, the definition of income in the constitution is gains or profits from some activity. Therefore working for money is an even exchange of money for goods and services, no gain or profit involved. Also the tax code is just that, a code not law.

  23. by RetSquid, on May 1 2010 @ 8:53 am

Here is the law: Title 26
    Section 1, imposes the tax
    Section 61 defines Gross income
    Section 63 defines Taxable income.
Section 6012 requires you to file a tax return if you have income of more than the exemption amount, and
Section 6151 requires you to pay the tax at the time and place fixed for the filing of your return.

I’m having a hard time locating this law that I’m sure doesn’t contradict a law passed down from a higher court… could you please direct me to the *exact* location of this law?

  25. by RetSquid, on May 1 2010 @ 10:47 am

True, but there is a law for filing and paying income taxes.
