    did you read the newest reports on Wired concerning the court papers being opened up? the guy looks guiltier and guiltier. Also, in the article that you listed, Gizmodo even said that the guy could have done A LOT more to get them their phone back, but he didn’t.

    If you try to sell someone else’s property, that is theft. In this case, considering the value of the phone and how much money Hogan got from the sale, it is easily grand theft, which is a felony.

    1) Leave his contact info with the bartender
    2) Do a return call to the last number called or received on that phone and tell the person on the other end that you found Gary’s phone
    3) Realize that it is NOT your phone and leave it alone instead of trying to sell it like a dumbass.
