My 3Gs vs 3G Speed Test.

I know there are a ton of these videos around but mine was made to settle a debate between me and a viewer. In my video you see no cuts, chops, or retakes and go as far to show you how to clear the cache, history, and cookies. (This was done on both iPhones before the vid started and both restarted, I’m real OCD) In you Video Response to me, please try to show the clearing of all three in the Safari settings so we can lay this to rest. iPhone 3Gs is faster then iPhone 3G. •Forthose who want to follow me on twitter and get any inside info, follow me here: twitter.com •For those that want to be made aware when I start a BlogTV, go to my YouTube Channel page and click the BlogTV Link and subscribe to me there for SMS text or twitter for show starting announcements.

@theDIEHARDGATORFAN cache means a collection of items of the same type stored in hidden or in a accessible place.

It’s not just 3 seconds though… It’s EVERY time you try to load up a website.

Also, it’s not just faster browsing, it’s faster apps, better camera, video option, voice activation, there’s all sorts more, so yeah, I do think it’s worth the extra money.

I found developing for the 3G and 3GS a pain – Performance on 3GS is ridiculously better!

Check out my iPhone App ‘Volt’ on the App Store, it is very graphics hungry!

I think if you have the money, and the eligibility to upgrade…then why not? The speed is noticeable after you use it for a while. Plus, video camera along with a more finger-print resistant screen helps.
