Visiting Nurse & Hospice of Fairfield County (formerly Nursing & Home Care and Mid-Fairfield Hospice) has begun offering Home Telehealth in response to the healthcare needs of many in the community. The system is designed to let seniors communicate with health professionals without having to leave their homes.
