PiggyWoogy is a version of the classic match-three puzzler and while it has a very Bejeweled feel to it, PiggyWoogy is a clever recreation of classic gameplay. PiggyWoogy’s storyline is simple – save piggy and his sweetheart swine from the invading woogys (wolves) by making matches within the castle’s jeweled wall.Just like you would expect from similar game boards, different colored jewels are rearranged to connect three or more. As the matches disappear, new jewels fall into place. The difference in PiggyWoogy is the wolves that are scaling the jeweled wall. The right combinations will dislodge the wolves, causing them to fall. Rather than playing against a clock, players are pitted against the wolves. Disney Mobile’s Where’s My Water? has received some well-deserved accolades as a top-rated game and indeed, since it’s release in September the water-physics puzzle game has been a top seller in the App Store. For fans of the Swampy and Cranky battle for bathwater, the recent update that included “Cranky’s Story” is a welcome addition to an already stellar game. Where’s My Water? features seven different sewer worlds with 20 levels each and the recent introduction of Cranky’s Story provides an additional 5 with the option to purchase additional chapters.The premise of Where’s My Water? is to solve each level by creating water flow to Swampy’s bathtub. Swampy is a hygiene-oriented alligator who really loves to take baths, but his nemesis Cranky is trying to block the water. To help Swampy stay clean, players solve various puzzles by digging out dirt and removing obstacles that prevent water flow. Apple Invades Corporate Market with iPad

Bloomberg’s Peter Burrows reports that Apple is making rapid headway selling into corporations — especially financial services and pharmaceutical firms. Burrows writes that Apple’s corporate sales are being driven chiefly by iPad, which “has become a standard business tool.” The article quotes Matt Wallach, co-founder of Veeva Systems, who says: “I’ve seen a lot of devices come and go over the years. Nothing touches the speed of adoption of the iPad.”

Apple Updates Final Cut Pro X

Apple today released Final Cut Pro X version 10.0.3, a significant update to its revolutionary professional video editing application. Version 10.0.3 introduces Multicam Editing, which automatically syncs up to 64 angles of video and photos; advanced chroma keying for handling complex adjustments right in the app; and enhanced XML for a richer interchange with third-party apps and plug-ins that support the fast growing Final Cut Pro X ecosystem. It also includes a beta version of Broadcast Monitoring that supports Thunderbolt devices as well as PCIe cards. Final Cut Pro X version 10.0.3 is available from the Mac App Store for $299.99 (US) to new users, or as a free update for existing Final Cut Pro X customers.
